All you need is the following materials:

• An old favorite wool sweater;
• Marker pen
• A pair of scissors
• Straight pins
• Sewing needle & thread (matching the color of the sweater)
• Buttons, additional embroidery floss for decoration

These are the really simple steps to follow:

Step 1 – Flip the sweater inside out and trace the outline of your hand

Step 2 – Cut around your marking with a 2 cm border & pin the pieces together ready for sewing

Step 3 – Sew along the border, as close to the outline of your hand as possible

Step 4 – Once sewn, cut around the border and flip inside out

Step 5 – Decorate as you wish…
