The Best Vegan Breakfast Recipes


There are various of fruits, vegetables, spices and other cool stuff that you may or may not ever heard of, we are hear to show you the vegan world of delicious and most importantly healthy recipes. From pancakes and waffles to smoothies and cakes, the vegan world is exciting and fun.

1. Jumbo Chickpea Pancake

This giant pancake is filled with protein that you need in daily basis. Ingredients: 1 green onion, 1/4 cup  red pepper, 1/2 cup chickpea flour , 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons water. Start with whisking together the chickpea flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, baking powder. Add the water and stir in the chopped vegetables. Preheat the skillet and add the pancake mixture. Bake for 5-6 minutes and flip.

2. Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

This is the vegan version of nutella. And it’s absolutely mouthwatering. You will only need: 1½ c hazelnuts, 1-2 tbsp hazelnut or vegetable oil, ¾ c powdered sugar, 2 tbsp high-quality cocoa powder, 2 tbsp soy powder and ¼ tsp vanilla. Start with baking the nuts for 20 minutes. Toss in blender and add the oil and vanilla. When it’s  creamy add the  cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and soy powder. Blend some more.

3. Toast With Refried Beans and Avocado

This is not the healthiest vegan option but it’s ok to have it when you are craving for something sweet and spread on bread. Ingredients: 2 slices vegan sandwich bread , 1 cup vegan refried beans, 1 avocado, a few slivers white onion and coarse sea salt. Bake the slices of bread. Spread the beans and the sliced avocado. Sprinkle with onions and salt.

4. Green Smoothie

It’s all about being good to your body, that is what this smoothie does. You will only need: 2 kale leaves, 2 celery sticks, 2 carrots, 1 small knob ginger, 1 pear, 2 cups spinach, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 6-8 ice cubes. Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds. Voila.

5. Peanut Butter Granola

Whoever said vegan is boring, he/she is very wrong. These granola bars are the perfect snacks to carry around wherever you go. Ingredients:  2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 tablespoons honey, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup oats. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients and spread mixture on baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes.

6. Warm and Nutty Cinnamon Quinoa

There is a lot going on here. This is a combination of one of the healthiest ingredients out there. You will have your protein intake, antioxidants and vitamins in a bowl. Ingredients:  1 cup organic 1% low fat milk, 1 cup water, 1 cup organic quinoa, 2 cups fresh blackberries, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/3 cup chopped pecans. In a saucepan bring to boil water, milk and quinoa. After 15 minutes turn off the heat and after the mixture is chilled add the blackberries, cinnamon and top with pecans.

7.  Oatmeal With Blueberries

Sometimes, oatmeal looks very unattractive. But you can always make it look better with adding a little color . You will need:  1 1/2 cups oats, 2 cups coconut milk, 2 cups water, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 small carton of blueberries and 1 cup of honey. In a saucepan boil the water, coconut milk, brown sugar, salt, and oats. After 20 minutes remove from heat and put the mixture in a baking dish. After one hour cut the oatmeal in squares and fry them in a frying pan. Put in serving dishes and top with honey and blueberries.

8.  Vegan French Toast

This is saying “I love you” in vegan. Do you know a person that doesn’t love French toast? Ingredients: 6 slices of bread, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 2 tablespoons millet flour , 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, freshly ground nutmeg, pinch of salt and coconut oil. Dip your bread in a mixture of the following ingredients: almond milk, maple syrup, flour, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Heat the coconut oil and fry the slices of bread. Top with  powdered sugar, vegan butter and maple syrup.

9. Detox Green Monster Smoothie

We have another great smoothie recipe that is primarily a detox drink. You only need: 3/4 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1 large frozen banana, 1 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 1/2 cups kale, and a large handful of spinach. Blend all ingredients and add ice.

10. Indian Cream of Wheat

Make this creamy and fragrant Indian cream and be blown away with the miraculous taste. Ingredients: 1/3 cup whole grain of cream of wheat, 2 cups coconut milk, 1 tbsp. rose water, ½ cup + 1 tbsp. pistachios, ½ tsp. cardamom,  3 tablespoons of maple syrup. Bring coconut milk to a boil, add the whole grain cream of wheat, rose water,  ½ cup of pistachios, cardamom and maple syrup. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat. Transfer to pudding bowls and top with pistachios.
